Payment Terms and Conditions
Direct Credit Card payments accepted - email for details The PayPal shopping cart accepts most forms of payment including credit cards (credit cards may be used without creating a PayPal account). If paying
by PayPal please
avoid
e-cheques as these take 10 days to clear, a personal
cheque
would be much quicker. Postal Order/Cheque payments are accepted with cheques expected to arrive within 3 working days placing your order. For payment by personal cheque allow a minimum of 7 working days for order processing and cheque clearance. Personal
Cheques will not be accepted without full contact details. Goods will NOT be shipped until cleared/confirmed payment is received. |

Shipping Information
Goods will be dispatched within 2 Business days
of cleared payment. Goods will be shipped to Worldwide. International
Orders must agree postage before ordering. Items with value less than £40
and within the UK will be shipped Royal Mail unrecorded. Items with value above £40 and all international orders will be shipped Royal Mail recorded delivery, international signed for or by courier. Free Postage from the main store or as part of the 'Offer of the Month' is UK only. BinocularOutlet.co.uk 'Clearance Corner' is operated separately to the main site and may charge shipping for all destinations (see individual item listings for details). |

Returns Information
In the unlikely event that goods
are faulty on receipt or found to differ significantly from the item
description please use the email support@binocularoutlet.co.uk
to arrange item return for exchange or full refund. Items will be exchanged or refunded
as detailed in the guarantee provided only when the faulty product has
been received. Unwanted
items can be returned within 14 days but must be in as new condition
and
are subject to a 10% surcharge to cover handling costs. Postage costs for unwanted items will not be refunded - This includes initial and return postage. |
